Lady Gaga by Robert Wilson | the death of Marat

23 Video Portraits of Lady Gaga by Robert Wilson, a work first shown at the Louvre in November 2013, receives its first American presentation at the at the Watermill Center, N.Y, the artists’ and performers’ laboratory that Mr. Wilson founded in 1992.
The work consists of several tableaux vivants with Lady Gaga reenacting the subjects of famous paintings like the Death of Marat as well as contemporary bondage referencing the art of shibari.
