Galerie 1900-2000 presents 17 original drawings by Richard Prince. For this series entitled “New Figures”, Richard Prince has remained true to its principles of appropriation and misappropriation. He scanned and printed vintage photos from erotic magazine, which he cut into parts, replacing face, chest, sex, buttocks, thighs … in a way that is reminiscent of Picasso or de Kooning.
