Soon, La-la-land will get an overdose of hotness with the opening of 92 photographs, an exhibition of steamy, filthy Polaroids and 35-millimeter photos by Jonathan Leder.
Jonathan and Amy Hood, his lover, muse, and co-conspirator at Imperial Publishing, the company behind such pulse-quickening volumes as A Study In fetishisms, are a one couple army fighting for a better kink by transcending mid-60ies Playboy vintage, private snapshots and art into their very own mélange of fetish meets the “girl next door”.
Jonathan shoots strictly analog, with little to no artificial lighting. Armed with classic weapons like a 1965 Canon Pellix he creates images of unmatched eroticism. Shot in private one-on-one settings, the images vibrate through their intimacy, suggesting untold juicy stories that tickle the fantasy.
The exhibition at Superchief Gallery, LA showcases never before seen or published images of Emily Ratajkowski, Kayslee Collins, Britany Nola, both previous Playboy models of the month, the before mentioned Amy Hood, next to Lindsay Jones, Kacie Marie, Marlo Lavonne and Jeanette Laven, just to name a few.
The show will be open to the public Thursday – Saturday, 12pm – 5pm, or by appointment any day. The coast will be toast.
