Embracing Edges
Glynis Ackermann (*1952) was a full time dancer at Zürich Opera House Switzerland. Later she worked with other performance artists in city spaces throughout Switzerland and Europe. She is researching the „naked body as a landscape“ and the flow of energies within or between other bodies and objects. At the Body and Freedom Festival she performs and develops her theme of „Embracing Edges“ which focuses on body and the environment, and the intensity where two „directions“ meet.
